Kaula Tantra Yoga
The Core Practice of the Training
Kaula Tantra Yoga is an ancient lineage practice transmitted for over 5,000 years, and directly passed down from Bhagavan Shanmuka Anantha Natha in India.
The practice integrates:
Asanas (postures)
Bandhas (energy locks)
Pranayama (breathwork)
Mudras (gestures)
Mantras (sacred sound)
Unlike many modern yoga styles, the sequence is practiced slowly and consciously, allowing the body to relax deeply into each posture.
Over time students learn to meditate within the postures, creating a profound connection with inner awareness and the divine.
This yoga also cultivates the diaphragms of the body, helping to balance energy across all areas of life, including creativity, vitality, and sexuality.
Please note that classes do not involve nudity or sexual contact. The practice focuses on energy cultivation, awareness, and inner transformation.
Applied Tantric Wisdom
A Path into Sacred Intimacy
Applied Tantric Wisdom is a powerful and grounded exploration of embodied Tantra.
In a safe, respectful, and clothed environment, you will explore practices that cultivate:

Tantra here is experienced not as a concept, but as a living path of presence, trust, and connection.
