Awaken your creativity with movement, singing, playing. Come deepen your connection with the Living Being around you through the Nature Spirit Connection course. Learn how to listen to others and yourself by training your senses with tantric wisdom and experience.
The back and forth between the personal and the collective will be constant, nourishing and balancing all dimensions of your being. The experience of group life and the presence of others, as reflections, mirrors, and amplifiers of your own dynamics, will be a support and allies in this journey.
This 200-hour Kaula Tantra Yoga training is a unique opportunity to both obtain a yoga teaching diploma and experience a true immersion, a timeless interlude to return to the essentials and reconnect with yourself. Much more than a technical apprenticeship, it is an emotional, physical, and spiritual experience.
Throughout the training, we will develop the skills necessary to teach Yoga with confidence and accuracy: anatomy, philosophy, postures, alignment, and pedagogy. The practice of clowning and shamanism will complement the learning with harmony and richness. This is the uniqueness of Durga’s Tiger School: blending physical practice with artistic practice, creativity, and spirituality.
This training is aimed at those who wish to share Yoga as well as those who feel the call of an inner path. You will emerge transformed, more grounded, clearer, with a new vision of yourself and the world.
Where?
In “La Ferme du Breuilh” – Saint Pierre de Frugie
Le Beuilh is a farm of 100 Ha in the Regional Natural Park Périgord Limousin. A place that contributes to the food and energy autonomy of its territory.
The farm is an old hamlet, consisting of several stone buildings that has been renovating as much as possible with eco-friendly materials and furnishing with recycled furniture
Aware of the ecological emergency, Cecile and Alain spent a long time searching for a new place to live where they could put their energy and skills to work in the service of our convictions. They chose the Breuilh farm, with its land and forests in the village of Saint Pierre de Frugie, which is committed to ecological transition.

Energetical Choreography
The beautiful thing about each Tantra Yoga Teacher Training is that it follows a very elaborate and proven energy choreography to accompany and guide you in your beautiful but challenging process of personal exploration and experience.
In this world, everything is in constant flow, that’s why it is important to us that every training is different. Therefore, we are always switching teachers, practices in order to create a singular, fascinate and innovative program.
